LitFlow Privacy Policy

Welcome to LitFlow, LLC ("LitFlow"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our websites, software products, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

LitFlow provides workflow automation, case/client management, document generation, and staffing tools for attorneys. Our main Services include one or more, or, a combination of, the following:

  • Desktop/Mobile App: A menu-style resource and automation tool for attorneys.

  • Client Management Platform: A dual interface system (attorney and client view) for managing case information and communication.

  • Assistant Staffing: Provision of virtual assistants (offshore or stateside) for administrative legal support.

Services are offered on a subscription basis with different plans and access tiers.

2. License and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our Services

  • Sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Services

  • Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Services

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

LitFlow offers a freemium model:

  • Lite: Free with limited features

  • Plus: Monthly or annual fee with access to standard tools and limited automations

  • Pro: Monthly or annual fee with full feature access including advanced automations and client management

Assistant Staffing services are billed monthly.

Subscription fees are non-refundable and auto-renew unless cancelled.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Services. By using LitFlow, you agree to our Privacy Policy and grant us a license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our Services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of all data and content you provide.

7. Support and Updates

We provide support for paid plans during business hours. The Services may be updated periodically and may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we may delete your data after 30 days.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

LitFlow provides the Services "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. 

You are an attorney and not an otherwise typical layperson party, without duties and responsibilities to provide competent representation to clients. As an attorney, you maintain your own professional responsibility to ensure the quality and accuracy of any work you may complete when using our Services. While we strive to provide the highest level of accuracy with our Services, your accuracy and quality in representation and providing legal services to your clients and others in the legal community are ultimately your responsibility. By wholly or solely relying on our Services to provide such accuracy and quality, you do so with your own judgement and at your own risk.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts in Utah County, Utah.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
